Good week to all,
The REMDUS team
This year’s edition, marking the 33rd one of the Operation Red Nose campaign is aiming to achieve a net “zero-carbon”, “zero-waste” footprint.
Several other projects are in line:
Creating the Red Nose Forest, behind the outdoor stadium: As of spring 2018, twenty trees will be planted.
Organizing two “electric evenings” when members of the personnel of the Université de Sherbrooke will be giving lifts in electrical cars.
In order to learn and fully understand the difficulties that doctoral fellows encounter when desiring to pursue their studies at a higher level, a study has recently been initiated.
Every batch of answered questionnaires will give you the opportunity to participate in a draw for gift certificates of a 100 $ value each which can be exchangeable at the co-op/bookshop of your faculty!
The Université de Sherbrooke is offering all of its students this service completely FREE OF CHARGE. Through personal and private consultations, an adviser will do a complete study of your financial situation and will help you find suitable solutions for your particular situation.
The contest consists of writing a short story, in a popular language and accessible to all public horizons, describing the contents of a scientific paper published in an academic journal, approved by a reading committee, in last twelve months or on the verge of being published.
Awards and scholarships for all winners!
Deadline for entries: January 15, 2018
Thank you and good week to all!
